Bloody nose and all the good stuff.<BR/><BR/>The high school teams and even the junior high squads in the US do a lot of tumbling. If you can't tumble by the time you reach high school, you pretty much can't get on the squad. Crazy, huh?<BR/><BR/>They usually do the round off back handsprings sometimes ending with a back tuck.
